The Fray Angélico Chávez Chapter of the Genealogical Society of Hispanic America brings people together to discover, preserve, and share the stories of their families.

Our Mission
Our mission is to preserve, promote, and share the genealogy, history, and cultural heritage of Hispanic families of Colorado, New Mexico, and the American Southwest.
We fulfill this mission through research, education, preservation, publications, community programs, and fellowship. We strive to make genealogical resources more accessible and encourage people of all ages to explore the people, places, and experiences that shaped their families.
